Here's the story...
In 1977, a new arcade opened, like pretty much every arcade ever it had games and pizza to eat. However, this pizza place was unique because of one reason with two large ears. Chuck E. Cheese's Pizza Time Theater featured larger than life characters that captivated guests with their showtunes and wisecracks at one another.
Fast forward to nearly thirty years later, Chuck E. at that point looked and sounded different yet he kept that same essence he and his friends did in the 80's. One kid who certainly thought so was a little guy who we will just call "Nick". These characters really spoke out to him at that birthday party he was invited to a long time ago in Fayettvile GA. They were not just"robots on a stage", they were very underappreciated performers that Nick thought deserved more love and positive attention.

With the help and support of many outstanding people, including Matt Rivera of "Matt the Franchize" fame, and countless artists with amazing talents, the PTP is an ambitious fan-show for a small community. We're striving to put new life into these old shows, because we want people to see these characters, these songs, and these shows for what they used to be. Because if something meant a lot to you as a kid, it never truly goes away.
